When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping. Free shipping is available for all US addresses only and may be upgraded to Priority shipping at the shipping rate specified. All addresses outside the US are shipped via  USPS International Shipping and have a flat rate of $18.95 shipping.

You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Priority Mail US only (2-3 business days) Shipping is based on total weight of your order.

Are all the items in stock?

Yes, all items on our website are available for shipping. While we do our best to keep inventory of all items, occasionally an item may become sold out during the Holiday rush. If this should happen, we will notify you within 12 hours of placing your order where you have the option to cancel the order completely, or wait 5 business days for restock.
